Congratulations to 'An Inconvienient Truth'

I wanted to take a moment and thank Al Gore and the entire team (“An Inconvenient Truth” (Paramount Classics and Participant Productions)A Lawrence Bender/Laurie David Production Davis Guggenheim) again for their effort on behalf of our Planet and all of its people...we need to stop---watch---and listen to this message. Congratulations on your Oscar, two actually, and the recognition that you deserve for giving us the message.

I have had a great many discussions through this winter about the Greenhouse Effect and many of our friends don't understand that 12-foot snow falls in upstate NY are part of the change. Delayed snow fall, increased rain and snow in some places and no rain and snow in others is all caused by the changing atmospheric currents that result from the Effect.

The entire world is in danger and everyone needs to take steps to correct our polluting ways as best we can. The truth may be inconvenient, yet it still holds ...it is a truth.

Now it is time for us to act before we loose the opportunity.
